Back up’s should be done regularly. From the control panel, there should be a Backup function that will enable you to save all of your files. Another way to back up your web-site is via FTP. You can drag your PUBLIC.html folder over to your computer and copy the files over in that way. You can also set up an email forwarder and have everything duplicated in an online email service like gMail or an offline one like Outlook.
